Category 01

Account & Login

Go to the Register page and fill in your details — a valid Pakistan mobile number, email address, date of birth and a secure password. You will receive a one-time OTP on your mobile to verify your number. Once verified, your account is active and ready to use. The whole process takes under two minutes. Remember: you must be 18 or older to register, and each person is allowed one account only.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. S9 Pro will send an OTP to your registered Pakistan mobile number. Enter the OTP on the verification screen, then set a new password of your choice (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers recommended). If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact support via live chat to go through the account recovery process.

No. S9 Pro strictly allows one account per individual. Creating duplicate accounts — for any reason, including attempting to claim welcome bonuses more than once — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed before any automated action is taken.

Account locks typically happen after several consecutive failed login attempts as an automatic security measure. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again carefully with the correct credentials. If the account is still locked, contact S9 Pro support via live chat. The support team will verify your identity using your registered mobile number and account details before unlocking. Do not try to create a new account to get around a lock — this will compound the issue.

Log in to your S9 Pro account and go to Account Settings, then Security. Toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. You may be asked to confirm your registered mobile number if it has not been verified previously. Once 2FA is active, every login from a new or unrecognised device will require an OTP sent to your Pakistan mobile number. This is strongly recommended — it prevents unauthorised access even if someone obtains your password.

Contact detail changes require identity verification to protect your account security. Log in and go to Account Settings. You can initiate a contact update request from there — S9 Pro will send an OTP to your current registered number to confirm it is really you making the change. If you no longer have access to your old mobile number, the support team will need to verify your identity through additional account details before updating your contact information.

Category 02

Deposits & PKR Payments

S9 Pro supports a range of payment options popular with Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so you never need to worry about currency conversion or hidden exchange fees. The full list of currently active methods is always displayed on the Deposit page once you are logged in.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant — in most cases your PKR balance updates within a few seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile wallet. During periods of high traffic or occasional network delays on the payment provider's side, it can take up to 5 minutes. If your balance has not updated after 10 minutes and the amount has been deducted from your wallet, contact support with your transaction reference number and they will resolve it promptly.

Yes, deposit limits vary by payment method. The current minimum and maximum amounts for each method are displayed clearly on the Deposit page before you confirm a transaction. Generally the minimum deposit is accessible enough for casual players, while higher limits are available for regular and VIP members. If your account has been active for some time and you want to request a higher deposit limit, this can be arranged through support.

First, wait 5–10 minutes and refresh your account page. If the balance still has not updated, check your transaction history in your account to see if the deposit is recorded as pending. If it is not appearing at all, log in and contact support via live chat — share your payment method, the amount in PKR, the date and time, and the transaction reference number from your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank confirmation. The support team can trace the transaction on their end and manually credit your account if the deposit was received but not processed automatically.

S9 Pro does not charge any fees on deposits from its side. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside S9 Pro's control. To avoid any surprise deductions, check your payment app's fee schedule before making a transaction. The amount you see credited to your S9 Pro account will equal the amount received from the payment provider after their fees, if any, are applied.

Category 03

Withdrawals

Log in to your S9 Pro account and navigate to the Withdrawal section in your account menu. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Your withdrawal request is submitted immediately. Processing times vary by method but most mobile wallet withdrawals are completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: pending identity verification on your account, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, an unusually large withdrawal amount that triggers a standard review, or a temporary processing queue during peak hours. Check your account notifications for any pending verification requests. If there are no flags on your account and your withdrawal is past the standard processing window, contact support with your withdrawal reference number for a direct update.

Yes. S9 Pro requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. This is a standard account security measure. You will typically be asked to confirm your registered Pakistan mobile number and may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC for larger withdrawals. Completing verification early — before your first withdrawal request — is the best approach, as it prevents any delay when you are ready to cash out your winnings.

If your withdrawal request is still in a "pending" status — meaning it has not been processed yet — you can cancel it from the Withdrawal section in your account and the funds will be returned to your balance immediately. Once a withdrawal moves to "processing" or "completed" status, it cannot be reversed. If you need to cancel an in-progress withdrawal, contact support immediately — they may be able to intercept it depending on how far along it is, but this is not guaranteed.

Yes, minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by method. These are shown clearly in the Withdrawal section of your account before you submit a request. As a general guideline, mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa have accessible minimums suitable for casual players, while bank transfers may have a slightly higher threshold. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day also apply — VIP members typically have higher limits than standard accounts.

Cricket & Sports Betting

S9 Pro covers the full range of cricket betting markets: Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches, and other major bilateral and multi-team tournaments. Within each match you will find markets including match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, method of first dismissal, and a range of in-play live betting markets that update in real time as the match progresses. Yes. S9 Pro's live in-play betting feature is active during PSL matches, T20 internationals and most major cricket fixtures. Odds update ball-by-ball during overs and key match events. You can access in-play markets from the Bet section — look for the "Live" indicator on any ongoing fixture. Note that during very fast-moving moments (e.g. a wicket falling mid-over) markets may briefly suspend while odds recalculate. This is normal and markets reopen within seconds.

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is reached — due to rain, bad light, or other reasons — most pre-match bets are voided and your stake is returned to your balance. The specific settlement rules depend on whether the match has reached a "minimum overs" threshold to count as a valid result. In-play bets are typically voided if the match does not complete. Full settlement rules are available in the Terms and Conditions, and match-specific notes may appear on the event page before you place a bet.

Yes. In addition to cricket, S9 Pro covers football betting including major European leagues and international fixtures, as well as esports markets on popular titles played competitively at international level. For Pakistan players who follow both cricket and football, this means you can manage all your sports bets from the same account and balance. Winning bets are typically settled and credited to your PKR balance within minutes of the official result being confirmed. For major cricket matches, settlement usually happens as soon as the final result is posted — often while the post-match presentation is still ongoing. If a bet has not settled within 2 hours of the match ending, check your bet history in your account. Occasionally a result is delayed due to official confirmation or a disputed outcome — these cases are resolved as soon as the governing body confirms the final result.

Category 05

Bonuses & VIP

New S9 Pro players can claim a welcome bonus when they register and make their first deposit. The exact bonus offer — including the percentage match and any minimum deposit requirement — is displayed on the Promotions page. Welcome bonuses are credited to your account automatically once the qualifying deposit clears. Make sure to read the wagering requirements before opting in so you understand exactly what is needed before the bonus can be converted to real PKR.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus, you need to place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds. The S9 Pro VIP programme rewards consistent players with progressively better benefits as they move through tiers. Points are earned based on your real-money betting and gaming activity. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real money by completing the wagering requirement attached to that specific bonus. Once the requirement is met, the converted amount moves into your real PKR balance and becomes fully withdrawable. You can withdraw your real-money balance at any time regardless of whether you have an active bonus. Forfeiting a bonus (opting out) before completing it will remove the bonus credits from your account.

Reload bonuses and PSL free bet offers are listed on the Promotions page along with their eligibility criteria and claim instructions. Some offers are credited automatically when you make a qualifying deposit; others require you to opt in via a button on the promotions page before depositing. Free bets are credited to your account as a separate balance item and are used automatically when you place eligible bets. Start by closing the app fully and reopening it.
